PABLO DAVILA (Mexico City, 1983)
The artist's work comprises a variety of practices including video, light installations, photography and site-specific interventions, with particular emphasis on the character and the technical nature of the mediums used. The main concern evident in his work is to explore the individual consciousness present in the perception of light, space and time, as something tangible through the combination of virtual resources and physical materials. These concepts converge through a simple, reductive and abstract approach of the resources in the process of artistic creation.
